If you wish to hold a fundraiser (ie. carwash, bottle drive, bake sale, etc), MDSN’s Board of Directors asks that you download and complete our 3rd Party Fundraising Forms. Completed forms can be mailed to P.O.Box 705, Windham, ME 04062. If you would like to hold your event within the next 30 days, please contact Jen Greslick at jen@dsmaine.org as soon as possible.
